What I write here is my opinion and my experience from building my own companies. It’s for education. It isn’t legal, financial, tax, accounting or other professional advice, and it doesn’t account for your situation.
Before you make a big decision, talk to a qualified professional who knows your business. If we work together, the terms we agree for that work apply to it.
My results come from my companies, my market and a lot of years of work. When I share numbers, like the 1,200 doors Ground Floor manages, they describe what happened for me. They aren’t a promise of what will happen for you.
The writing, photos, graphics and design on this site are mine or used with permission.
You’re welcome to quote a short passage with credit and a link back. Please don’t republish whole pages, or use my writing or photos commercially, without asking me first. Other names and trademarks belong to their owners.

The book list is optional. You join only by ticking the box that says “Yes, email me news about Tony LeBlanc’s books. I can unsubscribe at any time.” Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Both forms are handled by Netlify, the company that hosts this site. My Privacy policy explains what I collect and why.
I work to keep the site accurate and running, but it’s provided as it is. I don’t promise it’s complete, current or always available.
As far as the law allows, I’m not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on what’s on it. Nothing here limits rights that the law doesn’t let me limit.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
