How the audit works

Where do the margins come from?

They’re rough gross margins by trade, the kind of number I’d put on a napkin: plumbing 45%, landscaping 35%, cleaning 30%. Your trade in your market may be different. Change the number on your result and everything updates.

Is my data private?

Your answers stay in this browser tab. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you ask for the report. If you do, the report is made right here in your browser, and your email and your result come to me. I never sell or share any of it.

What’s in the report?

Your numbers, your strongest candidate, how it scored on the five filters, your readiness verdict, and a 30-day plan written for that verdict. It’s short, and you can start on it the same day.

Who sees my numbers?

Me, and the service that receives my form entries. Nobody else. If I ever publish what service businesses pay other companies to do, it will be totals across hundreds of audits, never one business.

Why does it say “Not yet”?

Because a second company built on a shaky first one breaks both. I’ve seen it happen, including in my own companies. Not yet means your first company needs work before it can carry a second. That work is step 1 of the method.

What does it cost?

Nothing. No login, no card, and no call unless you ask for one. If your result points you to one of my offers, you’ll see how it works first, and you get the numbers in writing before you decide anything.
